Return & exchange items are not applicable on promotion or sales items exceptions are only given if an item is damaged

The product must be returned to us in the same condition as receive, closed, sealed and in its original box and packaging intact. The original invoice must be presented along with your ID.

All products must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unused and with all Embrisse tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice and must be presented with your ID

 

For returned items, you will get refunded for the value of the products only (excluding Cash On Delivery fee and Shipping fee) if you paid:

We will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed, once the item is received back in Embrisse Warehouse or stores and after being approved. Please note that refunds will take up to 10 (ten) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Cash On Delivery
- Online Voucher to be used online: After items have been returned by the courier to the warehouse, received and accepted, it takes up to 2 business days to receive the voucher over email.

- Credit Note which can be redeemed in stores: Once items have been returned to stores, received and accepted at the store.

Through Delayed Payment Provider on the Website:
After Embrisse receives, accepts, and processes your return, your refund will be processed in accordance with the Delayed Payment Provider's terms & conditions.

 

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you in your request.

 

You cannot refund the amount paid for the gifted products, but you can receive a voucher for the amount paid to be used later in Embrisse stores or you can exchange the items as per the exchange rules and regulations mentioned.
